If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at 

 



6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take time.
